Panasonic DMW-XLR1E XLR Mikrofonadapter GH5

The Panasonic XLR1 is a new audio adapter unit for the GH5. Similar to the YAGH interface unit that was launched with the GH4, but with many improvements in size, connection and ergonomics, the XLR1 will provide two XLR ports to allow connection of full-sized external microphones. Each XLR port has it's own dedicated level control, gain reduction or boost, low pass filter and phantom power.
In addition, the XLR1 has a new, improved form factor. Sitting on the hotshoe mount, it does not get in the way of the user's control of the camera. The hotshoe connection means that it requires no extra cabling to be connected between the XLR1 and the GH5, and it is powered by the camera, with no need for any external power. It also records it's audio files directly to one of the two SD cards in the camera, allowing all data from a shoot to be saved in one place and therefore providing an easier workflow.
