Comprehensive protection

DJI Care Referesh is a comprehensive 12-month insurance offered by DJI for its new products, thanks to which you do not have to worry about the safety of your device during use. In case of damage, for a small fee (PLN 325 for the first replacement and PLN 415 for the second replacement), a new device or in a condition that shows no signs of use is waiting for you.

 

Feel like a VIP

Users with DJI Care Refresh protection are given priority, reducing the waiting time for device replacement to a minimum. What's more, users also enjoy VIP privileges when contacting DJI Support, so one phone call is all it takes to get any question quickly answered.

 

How it's working

After purchasing the DJI Care Refresh card, the user goes to the DJI website and activates the insurance, providing the card number and serial number of the product to which protection is to be assigned. The reservation is that activation must take place no later than 48 hours after product activation.

 

Product description

When an accident happens
1. The user reports the defect and sends the model to the German service DJI with a note that he has DJI Care Refresh.
2. The user gets a repair quote and on this basis decides whether he wants to repair / replace for a fee or by DJI Care Refresh.
3. When selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, the user pays a fee of PLN 229 for the first replacement or PLN 279 for the second replacement, and receives a new product, or with no signs of wear.
4. The exchanged product is delivered to the user as a priority with free shipping.

 

Reservations

DJI Care Refresh does not include:
1) Lost or partially lost camera, gimbal or accessories.
2) Theft or abandonment of the product.
3) Damage caused by flying in inappropriate weather conditions.
4) Transmitter, additional accessories.
5) Deliberate loss of the drone.
6) Damage to the housing that does not affect the performance of the product.
7) Direct or indirect damage due to force majeure.
8) Malfunctions occurring outside the DJI Care Refresh validity period.
9) Additional fees related to the improvement of the model, improving its performance.
10) Faults resulting from carrying out modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual, or the use of incompatible batteries and charger.
11) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
