With the VC 200 vacuum device from Caso, food such as meat, fish, vegetables and fruit can be vacuumed fully automatically with a vacuum performance of approx. 90% at -0.8 bar and thus made to last longer, without any preservatives. Boil-proof and tear-resistant bags with a ribbed structure ensure a perfect vacuum. They are available in four different sizes. The bags are microwave safe and are ideal for sous vide dishes. The practical film box with the foldable cutter is a well thought-out system: the film roll is placed in the box and unrolled like kitchen roll for direct processing. You can then use the integrated cutter to cut to the desired length, fill and process. The vacuum strength is regulated with the stop button: perfect for sensitive goods.
