With the warming function, ingredients can be easily heated in the mixing bowl and thus better and faster results can be achieved - without any effort. Swiss meringue can be made in the exclusive 7 l Easy-Warm ™ mixing bowl - dough also works and chocolate melts up to 33% faster. *

EasyWeigh scale
The integrated EasyWeigh scale saves time and reduces clutter during baking, so that all ingredients can be weighed directly into the bowl. It even works in the optional accessories.

It can easily be weighed in the mixing bowl or in one of the accessories, such as the multi-chopper or juicer, if attached.

SimpleTouch preset programs
With the intuitive 2.4-inch BakeAssist ™ touchscreen, the machine is very easy to operate.

The 6 pre-set SimpleTouch programs make it possible to let dough rise, melt chocolate, knead dough, stir cake dough, whip egg whites or prepare Swiss meringues. With just the touch of a finger, baking projects can be completed with ease.

DuoBowl ™ mixing bowls

In the 7l EasyWarm ™ mixing bowl there is a 5l mixing bowl that can easily be taken out and then you decide which bowl to use. The 7l bowl is best used for large quantities and the warming function; for smaller quantities and for cold whipping, the 5l bowl can be used in parallel.
