How it's possible? When you push vigorously on the pump, you compress the air that is in the center. This causes a sudden increase in pressure in the bellows. The air travels impetuously through the tube, forming the same high pressure in it. The high pressure in the tube pushes the rocket that is attached to it and drives the rocket forward.
