The Marumi Magnetic Gradual Grey Filter Hard GND8 (100x150mm) is a rectangular filter which allows you to capture a continuously changing landscape beautifully and easily. The Marumi Hard GND8 (Graduated Neutral Density) is specially designed for use with the Marumi Magnetic Filter Holder M100, which is available separately (see optional accessories). Due to the magnetic frame you attach the filter safely and quickly to the filter holder. The Marumi Hard GND8 filter contains a hard transition between the transparent and dark part and is therefore an ideal filter for locations with a clear horizon. This reduces the reflection of the incoming light without disturbing the color balance. This results in optimal light transmission and a beautiful neutral color in your photos. For example: when you photograph landscapes with a bright sky, the filter then takes care of the color balance in your photo so that the sky is not overexposed.
